I cannot find a live tech anywhere on the internet. Microsoft is not helping me in any way shape or form.

I'm begging, does anyone have a problem signing into Outlook. The screen will flash several times and a message comes up saying "We are having a problem signing you in at this time." Then that screen freezes and I have click a Favorite to get out of it.

Any techies out there, I know I have a virus. Can anyone please help. I CAN get Outlook on my iPhone.

I'm no techie. But if you know you have a virus, why not attack that first and see if it helps you? I love MalwareBytes for virus removal.

    Reboot
Try a different browser - firefox, chrome, etc
Search online with the exact error message in quotes

And, as said earlier - get rid of the virus.

I'm a computer caveman but as obvious as this sounds have you upgraded Outlook or your Windows operating system so that maybe one isnt compatible with the other? Also ,caveman computer 101 have you tried to uninstall one or the other and reinstall it?
I also vote to get rid of the virus.Good luck, sometimes you have to bite the bullet and take it to a reputable repair guy.
