While the thread has been approached from several angles, the facts are, based on the experience, the Cosmo lost a player. I'd think from their perspective, they'd want to make sure this was an exception, rather than the average players experience.

Now tells us more about this nice watch.:popcorn

Engicedave, I am so glad you posted this as had I been management of this casino I would want to know so that this kind of behaviour would never, ever happen again.....as a customer I would now think twice about giving my business to this establishment.!

I appreciate the heads up in the post. I think the two points I would walk away with are 1) they designated the room as "high limit" so that in and of itself
dictates some enhanced level of service or at least some acknowledgement and 2) it appears they were too busy among themselves to pay attention to their customers...regardless of how much any player is playing, that is bad form.

Not sure how long Cosmo can maintain the status quo.

I have used Cosmo as my home base casino for the past year, but have now reconsidered with their new bean counting management, and my host left to boot.

Just out of curiosity, was this on swing shift (8pm-4am)? I have found the casino floor staff to be terribly rude on this shift. In fact I got so fed up with it, I starting only playing during the day and the staff on that shift seemed to be really nice. I'm surprised to hear the waitresses were not attentive. As for the waitresses in the HL room- they are usually always VERY nice. Ask for Rhonda, she has always taken excellent care of me.

I've been in the no room and barely had time for the machine to read my card before a waitress asked me about drinks. If I had your expierience as you described. I'd be pissed too. I don't blame you at all.
