Hwy 93 from Caliente to Sam's Town...

    Some info would be appreciated....Coming down from Caliente on 93 and I will get on I-15 a little north of Vegas. My plans are to take exit 58 and get on Nv. 604 which mapquest identifies as N.Las Vegas Blvd., and then go south on N. Nellis Blvd. which appears to run all the way to Sam's Town.
    I haven't driven much in the east Vegas area, and was wondering if there were any reasons to avoid taking this route. We plan to explore the Boulder Hwy and Henderson area for a couple of days before hitting the strip.
