How dressy is Hugo's Cellar? Can I wear jeans and a golf shirt? I am just curious.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

Lovely restaurant, with very good food.

I made a reservation for 3 on the day, and that was on a Saturday, too.

    Enjoy!

I was going to say that same-day reservations shouldn't be a problem, especially if you have some flexibility as to when you eat. I generally call a few days before a trip. That way, if they couldn't accommodate the day I wanted, I'd have more options.

And yes, I see people there in nice jeans and golf shirts all the time.

I want to make a reservation on the Sunday night of NASCAR weekend (March 6th). Do you think I could wait a bit or make that res now?

If I've got anything I know I want to do, I reserve it before I fly into town.

Easy enough to rearrange at a later date, should my plans change.

Can't recall many times I've not been able to get reservations at short notice, but can't hurt to call/mail now :)
