If you're looking to get some food covered or show tickets etc., do you simply go to the Mlife desk and ask, or somewhere else? Do they look at your play and see what you've earned, or just use your existing express comps?

Assuming you don't have a host, go to VIP services at the hotel you're staying at. If you're just looking for a free buffet, you can try asking the pit boss if you've been at the tables for awhile.

If this is at the hotel where you are staying then the MLife booth will typically tell you to charge it to your room and then stop by the booth before checking out to see if you earned any additional comps.

They are a lot tighter than they were a few years ago: for a lot of players they will just say you have so much in express comps and you can use that.

At the end of your stay you stop by the booth *BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT* and tell them you are checking out and that you would like them to check if you have any additional comps. They will then usually apply your express comps to your bill and then check the balance to see if you earned any additional comps.

yes, you just charge everything to your room and go to the Mlife desk or host office at the end of your trip. what you'll hear from them depends on a lot of factors. first, if you came in on a room comp, you're going to have to "play that off" before they will give you any extra comps. so unless you played a significant amount, you can bet you'll hear that all they can do for you is apply your ECs. however, if you paid for your room upfront, you definitely want to go in because assuming you played a decent amount, there's a good chance they'll pick up your room or some food on the backend in addition to applying your ECs.

you can figure out how much extra primary comps you deserve by taking your ECs times 7. so if you earned $50 in ECs, you also earned $350 in primary comps. again, if you came in on a room comp, that has to be paid from the $350 first, so in this example you likely wouldn't get anything extra. but let's say you earned $150 in ECs, that means you have $1050 in primary comps available and they should pick up your room and some extra F&B or show tickets, etc.

For show tickets, you can also charge to your room and get them comped off that way
