I recently finished a stay at CET, I was not pleased. I asked for four bottles of water. Lady on the other end says they can only bring two at a time. These new "enhanced" resort fees of $30 a night never make the rooms really comped. The next day I got up and got a piece of pizza at the food court. I asked for a cup for water, and they said they'd have to charge me a $1 for the cup HA! It's just the epitome of CET's cheapness, lack of customer service and tailoring to high level casino guests, and total lack of comps for high level players.

I mean, when you need a guy totally unrelated to the company (sevenstarsinsider) to make an entire website dedicated to their highest tier (seven stars) because there is so much mis-information by the company, don't you know by that point your company has a problem? I just don't get why CET is so unorganized, treats their customers like crap (not to mention their employees), nickles and dimes them, and people still play at their properties. It really leaves me scratching my head in confusion. I will give my action to MGM or Cosmo or a property that actually cares and appreciates me as a customer.

I was shocked to pay $5 for a small soda at Rio, recently.
now you understand how they can give those "free" rooms out. (Cuz for 99% of people, they're not "free")

I think you'll find that this lack of service and high prices is not exclusive to CET properties.

EXACTLY--doesn't pretty much everyone have resort fees? And if it says 2 bottles of water/day included PRETTY SURE no other property would give you 4 either...

Hey, isn't MLife the ones now charging you to park??!!

Yeah, just CET is trying to get every penny they can out of you....

All I can say is for my low level of play I get more free rooms from CET than any other casinos.
I have the TR visa card and get platinum benefits. With that I get the VIP card. This gives me access to Diamond check in. Line cutting at buffets.
Access to all CET pools at no charge. Taxis preferred line.
I get all that without gambling one cent. What other casino will do that for you?
I've also meet many great employees of CET.
I always stay in a comp new Jubilee room at Ballys.
    Life is good.

Which food court? The hotel doesn't own the franchises in most of the food courts so blame the restaurant owner for selling you a cup. I understand quitting CET - pretty much did it myself - but over bottled water? Seriously?

How did you get Diamond check-in?

We have the TR visa card and Platinum but no VIP card.
What is this VIP card and I thought Diamond check in is only for Diamond level.

Card good for 24 hours or a year, something limited like that. They gave me one once at check in a few years ago.

I'm guessing that's maybe part of the 'VIP' status if you spend $10k a year or more on the TR Visa card.

Ok that makes sense. We simply do minimal charges on the TR card and use the SW card mostly for the airfare.

No, most places are NOT the same. Comped rooms at EVERY casino chain in Vegas have resort fees waived when it's a comped offer. It's not the same at all, so I have no idea what you guys are talking about. You obviously have never stayed anywhere else but CET.

But that isn't the point, the point is the company is so screwed up. I mean seriously a guy totally unrelated to the company has to go out and publish a website dedicated to telling Seven Stars guesets what their benefits are because the company is unsuccessful in relaying information clearly to their most prized guests? What kind of company is this?

I'm really not trying to "hate" on a property, I'm just pointing out the obvious and asking questions.

Everybody is entitled to his opinion though and if you dont like cet fine but come up with valid points and no balony.....
9 years ago i made a decision to do cet instead of mgm and i have never have regret my decision
And yeah the hands of host are more tight than a couple of years ago
My experience this year was great again-> i got 4 free bottles of water at check in and had excellent customer service from cet
Blaming cet on a franchise food place pizza charging you 1$ for a water?.... are you for real?

    So CET is the ONLY one's that don't wave the resort fees on comped rooms?{not that I care because 30 bucks for a $250 room doesn't bother me}

I have been diamond for years and I totally agree with this. Company-wide offers should be clearly spelled out and all hosts and TR desk personnel should be well versed in them so you get the same answer all the time. Separate property policies should be handled just as well by their property personnel. There should be no need for an independent web site dedicated just to explanation of services you have paid for via your gambling.
