I recently finished a stay at CET, I was not pleased. I asked for four bottles of water. Lady on the other end says they can only bring two at a time. These new "enhanced" resort fees of $30 a night never make the rooms really comped. The next day I got up and got a piece of pizza at the food court. I asked for a cup for water, and they said they'd have to charge me a $1 for the cup HA! It's just the epitome of CET's cheapness, lack of customer service and tailoring to high level casino guests, and total lack of comps for high level players. I mean, when you need a guy totally unrelated to the company (sevenstarsinsider) to make an entire website dedicated to their highest tier (seven stars) because there is so much mis-information by the company, don't you know by that point your company has a problem? I just don't get why CET is so unorganized, treats their customers like crap (not to mention their employees), nickles and dimes them, and people still play at their properties. It really leaves me scratching my head in confusion. I will give my action to MGM or Cosmo or a property that actually cares and appreciates me as a customer.
