I was a dealer at the Queens in the mid 80's I am now out of the restaurant business and have been working out my craps game with a local casino, it brought back memories of how much I enjoyed the casino and dealing the game. I would like some insite on how employment in Vegas is now before I make a move decision.

I do know that mainy BJ jobs are now hired on PT basis. Many dealers I talk to work at 2 casino's to get a full week in.
Health insurance reason and new laws has forced this on that job market.

There are jobs to be had, but as mentioned they are PT and on call positions. You'll have to start at the bottom and work your way up. Check out job listings on the various casino websites to get a good feel of what's available.

You could probably get a dealing job, but it would probably be in a lower tier casino.
