I'm going to be staying at one CET casino, but they gave me an offer for freeplay at another one of their casinos. If I play at both casinos, so I can use the freeplay, will they combine my play from the two casinos for my ADT? Anybody know how this works? Thanks.

Yes, they'll combine the play since you use the same Total Rewards card.

As long as you use your Total Rewards card when you play, all of your play will be reflected in your account. That being said, based on my PERSONAL experience, if you have an offer from a host, and charge everything to your room while on your trip, they like to see the play at their property (makes it easier for them when you check out to COMP everything off cause they know your exact play with no delay and no need to make phone calls to other properties!)
