Are you directed to special (rigged?) machines that will give you an extra $10.00 in play but you'll probably lose anyway? How does it work?

The LVA coupons all have to be free play you can use in any regular machine with the possible exception of a few like Megabucks or other linked progressives.

The LVA coupons are all quite good. As long as you follow the terms and conditions, you will get what they say.

You can always tell the coupons for the rigged machines because they are for large sums. i.e. $100-200.

But how does the machine give you the free $10.00 play? How does it "know"?

First you need a players card. At the players club they will need your ID and players card along with the coupon. They will then load the free play on your card. You will need a password to download the free play at the machine. The players club will give you a card with instructions on how to download the free play at the machine. If they don't, ask for it or tell them it's your first time and you need help.

Now when I was there in December, the players club at LVC was closed. All transactions were being done at The Plaza. I had to use my free play at The Plaza. You have to look for machines that will take the free play. At The Plaza, they no longer included video poker machines. Plenty of slots to choose from and keno machines. So you should have a coupon for the Plaza and LVC. Both will need to be redeemed at The Plaza players club unless LVC has changed.

Thanks, Jim. Hope there's not a big line at all these players' clubs to do this.

How big would the line have to be/wait have to be to stop you from getting $10/$20 in FSP? Just curious?
