So I have $180 in reward credits.

How do I actually use them?

Can I charge things to my room and use them?

Or can I just use them straight up, eg) buy a drink at the pool and get them to deduct it from my credits?

If you give them your TR card as payment, you do not pay tax on the meal, drink, etc. That is what we do now instead of charging to the room. We want to go to MAG but we will need to charge to the room and pay at check out since they don't accept comps. Have a great time....love having free comps & not pulling out the old credit card. :)

Exactly, that's what i do at Bally's, Paris, PH, etc. I give the TR card and my ID to the person and then i sign the amount and viola! No cash or CC. Obviously the establishment has to be on the list to use the TR card.

Is there a place to find that list? Do the pool bars accept them at Ballys or flamingo?

I emailed CET one day and asked for a list and they gave me a webpage with all the places that accept RC. BUT I can not find that e-mail anywhere and I tried searching online and couldn't find it either.

I know it was on this page:
    https://totalrewards.custhelp.com

Here another page that lists some but I'm pretty sure the list is bigger.

So do you have to have a balance on your Total Rewards card to do this? I guess you would have to know your balance most of the time before using?

So I don't think I saw the Ballys pool on that list any confirmation?

Chances are that can do quick rewards but if they can't do a room charge and pay with your points at check out.

Quick Rewards - just use your card for a quick reward. Meaning you do not need to find a host, or wait, etc.

Are reward credits dollar for dollar? For instance, if I have 600 rc points, what is that worth?

In Vegas it is 1/1 ratio. You can check your balance at any time by inserting your card into the machine. It will tell you your balance. Sometimes the first time during a day it may tell you it is being calculated.
