How can I confirm my comp night room reservations?

    I reserved me and my wife's comp night at MB last month.

    It was rly tough cuz I'm livin in Asia with 13 hours time zone gap.

    So.. next tuesday, i'l
    But before then, I wanna confirm my reservation without calling.
    The phone always say w8 w8 w8...

    So... is there any other way to confirm my reservations?

    I really wander know bout it.

    You can email [email protected] and they should respond. They WILL NOT send an official confirmation email but they will tell you if you have a reservation. I think its crazy that the hotels will not send an email confirming rooms are booked, actually last year I was told Mirage would not send one, I questioned it on their social media page and they quickly replied to message them with my email address and they sent one, but MB refuses out right no matter what method I take.

    Yeah its pretty wacky. I'm not sure what the logic behind it is. When I first redeemed for a MyVegas comp room back in the summer of 2013, I was able to go to the link Shocker provided and send myself a confirmation email that way. But the last couple of comp rooms, I haven't been able to look up my reservation at all.

    I e-mailed MB and they sent me an email confirmation, with a rate of 110/night on it. I called to confirm it was comped and the girl first told me I only had one night comp because the Myvegas rules, I made sure she looked at the date of redemption because I redeemed it before the change in rules, she then confirmed that the room for both nights were comp and she is unaware why the email I got said the rooms were 110/night.
