The Hilton Grand Vacations Club timeshares (HGVC) all have full kitchens in the 1-bedroom an larger units; studios have mini-kitchens.

On the strip there is HGVC Trump, Elara, Flamingo, HGVC Strip, and HGVC Paradise next to LVH on Paradise.

I think I only paid $79 a night for a one-bedroom at the Strip HGVC location earlier this year. It was cheaper than my owner's rate to book a regular reservation at the Strip location. Paradise location was almost as cheap. Rates are usually quite a bit higher though in times that are not off-peak.

Hilton at Flamingo have studios which have coffeemaker, fridge, microwave and toaster. 1 bedrooms have full kitchens. Signature at MGM have kitchens too.

When did Trump become an HGVC property?

It was one of those deals where HGVC bought a number of unsold units from Trump so it's still Trump and not really an HGVC property (unless you're staying in one of the HGVC units). I don't think that HGVC manages the place like it does with Elara.
