Hello, sometimes you need to stay at a hotel to get into its niteclub/lounge on a fri/sat nite. At least, this was the general rule at some places in LA 10 years ago. For example, Mondrian/Sky Bar. I seem to remember a nice niteclub in san diego where you needed to eat at the restaurant in order to get into the niteclub/lounge but I don't seem to remember the name of the place off hand. Are there any places like this in Las Vegas? This may not be a strict rule at some places but could make entrance easier or more convenient.

It's not a requirement but some have them. Hakassan, Tao, and Voodoo come to mind. Probably beats standing in line.

thanks kitty - I'd like to check out hakkasan on my next visit. sounds like it would help to eat there before going to the niteclub.
