My cousin recently got back from Vegas and gave me the number of one of the promoters/hosts that she had, and she said this guy will put me on the guest lists for the clubs that we want to go to.. but she said she's not sure if it was free for them because they were girls.. would it still be free for us?

They went to the bank, drais, marquee, XS, tryst etc for free..

How exactly do these hosts work? Do I have to find a host, then pay them, and then they put us on the guest list for the clubs? how much are we looking at for a host? we want bottle service..

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the most accurate answers to your questions come straight from the horse's mouth?

Why don't you ring the number you've got and ask directly?

Hosts are in some sense promoters that simply got promoted.

But promoters themselves are the bottom of the food chain. There just is just to get people into nightclubs with free passes etc. For top clubs they are told only to offer to attractive girls, and for mid-tier/lower clubs they will offer them for everyone.

Hosts work for the clubs (or some are independant) and there job is to sell bottle service and try and get some of the higher paying clientele into their venue as opposed to some place else.

If you're a group of guys neither can do anything for you for free. If they help you skip the lines they'll want a tip, same with taking care of your cover.

Edit: Just saw you mentioned bottle service. In that case you should find the club you want to go to and in general tip them anywhere from $50-$100 per bottle, up to about $200. (some people will tip a lot more if location in the club is very important).

You tip when you are seated, but when buying bottle service you won't have to wait in line.

you're not going to get in for free with bottle service. that's going to cost you $500-800 per bottle with 3 people max per bottle in most clubs. girls can get in for free and get guys to buy/offer them free drinks. guys have to buy their own bottles/drinks.

Mangoport has it all down with the right info.

One of the main things at clubs is its easy to get women in for free. Theres many ways through promoter's guestlists, etc. Thats how some actually get paid. The more women on guestlist, the more they get paid. So if they have a limit of 200 names, they of course want as much women on there as possible. If you have have a decent ratio of women. Lets say 3women to 1guy. The guy can get on the GL also and the promoter is willing to fill up their list that way.

But going as 3guys no women. Dont count on getting on the guestlist at the top clubs on a Saturday night with that ratio. Plan on getting presales or doing bottles or coming early for general admission.

In the lower Tier clubs, in many cases its easy to just grease the doorman to get in at minimal charge. Sometimes its even free for guys to go in on slow nights.

If you want to be at the top clubs. Dont expect to get in easy and it be free. You have to plan and possibly spend some money whether its getting presale tickets, waiting in line for gen admission, greasing doorman to pass the line, or getting the tables.

Guestlist for the top spots only get girls in free and guys still get charged cover. Don't tip promoters for putting you on the guestlist. Also, guys on guestlist still need to arrive with females to use the privileges of the list at tier 1 venues. Save some time and money and just get presales in advance.
