my host of 5 years recently left the company of harrahs Joliet Illinois. he said I would be contacted by another host to take over his services for me.it has been 2 months and I still haven't been contacted by anyone there.i have talked to hosts on duty at casino and they said the host on duty at time can assist my needs. who should I talk to to get a host to handle my requests that I could call instead of different hosts all the time, any ideaswould be great as I feel frustrated right now.

see if they assigned u another host, have them check the computer, if not then go to host office if not and see if there interested in your play.it might take a few differnt ones till you find one that works

    The above is good advice.

This of course assumes you still visit there, and are still playing at a good level. Not saying anything bad about you since I have no idea of your play. I will say that sometimes a host will still help out someone that may have dropped below the host level. Then replacement host (if they found one) may not pick you up.

As paperposter said, stop in and see them on your next visit.

    5 years? That's a long time for a host.
It seems to me hosts in Vegas change casinos every 5 days.

Check the total rewards app. Host information is generally put into there. Sometimes people find out they have a host and didnt know it.
