I heard Horseshoe has a free daily spin. Do you need a certain amount of play or how do you get it?

You can earn three free spins every day at Binion's downtown. Get the first after earning five points, the next one after 35 more points and the third one after 260 more points. So earning a total of 300 points gets three free spins.

There are three swipe machines beside the free photo area near the slot club. Just go there after earning the required points, swipe your card, then spin the wheel for your prize. Prizes I've gotten are free food, slot play, cash, table games bets and gifts.

It's $8 coin-in per point at VP...not sure if slots are lower than that (probably are though).

    For slots, it's $5 coin-in per point.

I think most casinos are $10 in VP per point

But they give you a $1 of comps per 20 points and $1 of cash back per 40 points, so $8 a point is actually really good there.
They vary a lot, but the two major strip players (MGM and CET) are $10 a point.

That seems high for downtown. What about other casinos such as DTG, D, GG, Plaza?

Yeah, Binions is pretty generous; I don't play DT much but always seem to have $20 in comps for a meal!

All the years I've played there, and now I learn I wasn't smart enough to get me three free chances at $2,500.00. I'm an idiot.

That sucks! I've gotten so much out of those free spins.
