So I hit 80k tier pts.....so how does the $750 free airfare work?? Do they send me something or do I contact a host in Vegas. I never stayed at a CET property while in Vegas, I racked up my tier pts at a local casino. I never got the $100 free food for hitting 25k. How does this work.

On a side note I can't believe how bad my offers are for CET Vegas properties. I am getting no FP offers (even though the bulk of my tier pts are $5+ bets on the slots). Heck my room offers at Ceasers Palace for August are midweek (2 nights). I emailed CET directly and someone is suppose to get back to me. I would say that I racked up the 80k tier pts in 10 trips to my local to give you idea of my play. I play $5+ bets on slots and $200 to $300 bets on Black Jack.

I booked Vegas at CP a while back but pulled the plug a week before I was to go because I was pissed as hell that my online FP offer was not renewed the month I was going to Vegas. I had not been to Vegas in 20+ years before that, but I was going with a forum group online of slot enthusiasts and somebody had set up a big M&G at the TROPICANA and the host looked at my CET play and really took care of me. My second trip(less than 3 months apart) I am once again going back to the TROP since the host is hooking me up with the Penthouse, limo, and $300 FP. I am still waiting for a reply back from CET from my letter, but should I try to contact a host to get my $750 free airfare and do I have to stay at a CET property enable to use the free airfare??

welcome to vegas, cet considers vegas there marque destination so they arent very giving on there comps there.

deping on the months and day you can get u to 5 nites comped but weekends at cesars are very dificult especialy since you have no history with them in vegas and cesars is there top property.

ps the 100$ free dinner comes at 15,000 tier and its from last years ratings,if you just made diamond this year you might not get the 100 till after march 2-14 if u made diamond last year you have it coming to you and you got it at 11,000 tier point

I have been diamond for the last 3 years, but all at my local (Harrahs Cherokee, NC) so do they send me a voucher for the $100 FC and the $750 airfare or do I contact someone?? Also do I have to stay at a CET property in Vegas in order to redeem the airfare??? CET Vegas.....well till they answer my email, I just don't care to give them my business. If my local can offer me $100+ FP here and there, well Vegas should be able too.

It's my understanding that the $750 airfare has to be booked through CET. I think they call the department "national marketing" or some such. And, yes, you're expected to stay at a CET property when you arrive. If you have a local host, that person should be able to get the ball rolling, though.

I never got the $100 free food for hitting 25k. How does this work.

Just go to a Total Rewards desk and ask. They'll give you a voucher.

Finally, it doesn't surprise me that you would see little to no free play offers from Vegas properties, especially with no play history there. We go to Vegas half a dozen times a year and I'm Seven Stars, but my usual fp offer of $500 in Vegas is only available on certain dates. At the CET casino near my home, I have about $1,500 in free play available for every week. Clearly, the free play is being used to lure me back, not to reward me for previous play.

You should call your local host for the air arrangements. You also qualify for free limo pick-up from CET - this is arranged with your Vegas host.

I have a grand total of 751 tier credits and i have Caesars comped in August for 5 days. I am Gold, hardly ever gamble at Caesars, prefer Bally's, Paris, the HO, and Flamingo, i have no host, and i have Caesars comped Sun-Fri for 2014, Jan-June. The only reason i'm staying at Bally's in Nov. is no resort fee (i booked before March 1st).
I still don't understand why i am getting free rooms at Caesars..........it's not my play, you have about 75 thousand tier credits more than i do.......it just doesn't make sense.

To the OP: when you go to book rooms for Vegas,do NOT use offers. Just log in and use the rate calendar and you will probably get free rooms for any day of the week.

Also, along with the $750 airfare credit, you get 3/4 nights anyways.

I get tons of offers for Cherokee and Tunica, but very little for Vegas. Things are just different in Vegas. Even if you are going to stay at Tropican, go ahead and take a room at PH or Paris, etc - maybe you use it, maybe you don't.

In order to get good offers from Vegas, you have to show play history there. I am not a Vegas local, but I go there a lot, so most of my offers are from the Vegas market. To be quite frank, I think Vegas is still a little bit generous with their offers to me, even though my play has dropped off drastically. However, I have solid play history there, so I continue to get very good offers. I basically have offers for every weekend, from free Macy's gift cards, to gas cards, to shopping spree, etc. Month after month after month, I could basically booked every weekend in Vegas and there are more offers than I could take advantage of.

It's not that Vegas does not want your business as someone else suggested. Your play history in Vegas determines that.

Don't hold your breath on the freeplay from CET. You and I play similar, and the most I've ever received from CET for freeplay is $50..and that requires me to stay at a CET property.

On the other hand, as previous posters mentioned, check your Rate Calendar, and you should have weekends free at every property. I just hit Diamond my last trip and even prior to that trip, I showed weekends free at all CET Vegas properties except Nobu at Caesar's. And I only am up to about 20,000 tier points at the Diamond level. Definietly contact a CET host or their national marketing office.

LAV is correct, Vegas play is what generates Vegas offers, or at least generous ones.
As for free play offers and the like, like LAV, I get all kinds of offers from shopping cards from Macy's, Miracle Mile (PHo) shopping sprees, Forum Shoppes sprees, and free play offers of several hundred dollars. I just got back from a trip where they had a big dinner and got free cruise (7-day, balcony, Choice of Alaska, Mediterranean, Caribbean or Mexican Rivera), Dooney & Bourke Tote bag and wristlet bag, $75 at Macy's, $75 at Nike, $50 at Sephoria and a few more things....so, CET can be generous in the offerings over and above just a room.

BTW, Kimsa, don't you owe me an apology about that stolen jackpot photo accusation and demanding a W2G to prove my own photo?

That's surprising....my brother has been low to mid level diamond for years, his main game is crazy 4 poker, bets about $50 per circle on average, so $150 per hand not including the play bet. Probably plays around 4 hours per day, give or take. He has $500 FP for our upcoming trip this July.

His average would be at least $250, and maybe $300, if he also bets the bonus at $50.

With CET, whatever your ante bet is, it is then multiplied by 5. So his $50 ante bet is multiplied by 5 to get the $250 and then they add the queens up bonus to that if he bets it, which I have observed almost everyone does when they play the game.

Having a $250-300 avg bet at crazy 4 at 4 hrs a day is pretty darn good action. That game has a high edge, so his theo is much higher than he realizes.

We made Diamond last July and ended the year with just under 25,000 tier credits. We went back to Vegas in April this year and got just over 19,000 tier credits in 6 nights. For the April trip I spent the first two nights in a suite at the Flamingo and had $500 freeplay then the next 4 nights in the Augustus tower at Caesars and got the free cruise voucher.

Since making Diamond, I always just call or email my host and give him the dates I want to be there and he makes my reservation for me. Always comped and always in the Augustus tower. Then I watch my offers and if an offer comes through that would be valid when I'm there my host hooks me up with it. Our host also wipes and charges we put to the room as well.

What I'm getting at is don't wait for the offers, call a Host!

Good to know, thanks for the info! When you say they multiply the ante by 5, I assume this is specific to crazy 4? I wouldn't think they would do this for, say, 3 card, which has fewer bets and is less volatile. BTW, yes he does play the queens up for an amount equal to his ante, like most people who play that game.
