Saw this ad in a total rewards hotel in room magazine.
Diamond TR card gets 4nights comp contingent on 6hr aggregate gambling time. They said no minimum bet size just time duration.
    Anyone else inquire about this?

Wow surprised to see CET platinum on there, esp since you can get it just by signing up for the credit card.

I wonder if the rub is "rated casino play" if they don't rate below a certain $ per hand. They just set it at something like $100/hand and if you don't play that you end up paying full price for the room

That sounds about right. It's just like a host taking in a new client. Not going to offer you everything upfront if you have no history with them. If you play and qualify, then you'll get rewarded in the back-end.

Atlantis is rightfully terrified of baha mar. Their days are numbered.

Theres no way of actually to verify before hand the "rated casino play"
I dont want to get screwed on the back end by so called low rolling at the tables.

I spoke to someone there once about the 4 night offer for higher tiers and they told me the rated play was only $25 avg for 4 hours per day.

True. You can always contact the host there and ask them what the requirements are or they will probably ask you for your TR information and call CET for your stats. I just recalled 2 years ago I was interested in going to Atlantis so I contacted a host and below is the correspondence we had. I had called him and think I was offered the Regal Suite at Coral Towers. I think the offer on the site is for regular room in Coral Towers. I didn't ask about the requirements for rated casino play as I wasn't sure if i was going or not and as then I ended up not going to Atlantis and went to Hawaii instead.

    "Morning David,
I'm trying to plan an Atlantis trip and found your contact information on their site. I'm a regular Atlantic City player and my Total Rewards Diamond card number is #XXXXX. I am planning to go sometime mid-end November. I was wondering what kind of room you would be able to get for me. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help in advance."

Hey XXX! Please give me a call tomorrow or I'll call you. I'm trying to get your ratings now from Harrahs. Thanks!
