If I'm not gambling in a high limit room can I still go inside to drink? I went inside the high limit room at Aria but that was with a group of people led by a guest who had a suite. I don't mind if I have to dress a little nicer, I just liked the vibe. Plus I could fantasize about being a high limit gambler!

Sure. They are open to the public. The only big difference is that you will have to pay for the drinks if you're not gambling. I see people all the time at the bar in the high limit BJ area at Aria. Most of them never sit down at a table in the room

You don't need to dress nice.

As UK said, you will not get free drinks if you are not playing. If you are playing, you can get XO and blue label for free.

Don't feel intimated. Enjoy it if you are willing to play or pay for the drinks.

Are you referring to the sky suites lounge having drinks that people can just walk in help themselves to beverages?

Or the HL bac room (no drink bar here, free food tho)
or the HL blackjack room directly across from the watch boutique (there's a bar here) ?

The lounge I was in had blackjack. I did not see food but it was late at night. I believe, based on the Aria website, that it is the one next to the watch boutique.

Bonus for me that night was that my drinks were paid for by the guy who organized it.

The last of those. Yes, there is a decently large bar in there
