It is now 4:24 Colorado time. If I leave now, I can be in Las Vegas in 6.5 hours, would have to drive back tomorrow afternoon. If I get 20 votes Yes in next 30 minutes, I go. If I don't, then I stay and have boring evening in Grand Junction. Pretty sure I can get a free room tonight or one for like $60. For fun, I leave it up to the board if I go or not. Vote Now please.

Please don't take me wrong, as I vote NO. It's always exciting when someone (including myself) wants to go to Vegas. However, you have to drive back tomorrow afternoon. Knocking out 13 hours of round-trip driving time, you will have very limited hours at Vegas.

UNLESS, you can meet Natedog, stay at his Wynn Villa and use his comps for tonight. Otherwise, it's not worthy! IMHO.

    That's a TON of driving for a day. I wouldn't do it.

Total Degen----didn't get the votes, still went.

    I like it!

I've driven from Grand Junction to Vegas. It's a pretty drive, during the day. I did it as part of a 3-week road trip though. Would be a pretty solid challenge on a 1-day turnaround with Vegas as the interim activity assuming minimal sleep.

    The drive is doable though.

Appreciated all the comments, but all the NO votes had hanging chads so were disqualified. LOL I just really needed to get away and be silly and this has fit the bill nicely. Now we will see how I feel later tonight! :D

Way too much driving for a single night stay.
