Hello to everyone on the site. I am a vegas veteran but a just join the message board not to long ago. I am on the site daily now since I found this site.

My next time to Vegas is in July. DW and I are going to Aria for the 1st time. We have stayed at many casino's over the past 8 years we have been coming to Vegas. We have stayed at Boardwalk Hotel (it was our 1st time and then the next year it was tore down)
    Treasure Island 2 times
    Mirage 4 times
    Bellagio 1 time
    Encore 1 Time
    Planet Hollywood 1 time
Paris 5 times and now Aria

Also I see people with these countdown banners, how does one go about getting one of those???

Look forward to getting to know some of you and sharing our Vegas experiences

    Hello and welcome!
I love this forum the best! We lived in Chesapeake for the last 8 years of my husbands playtime on submarines. Loved the area! We are going to be at the ARIA in July as well, and like you it is our first time there.

Once you have made 15 posts you can have a countdown timer. You can put it in from the User CP tab.
I hope you will write a trip report when you get back so we can exchange views on ARIA!

You will love Aria. Stayed there MDW 2011. If there was 1 picky complaint it was the smell of the casino at times can be overwhelming. They run some sort of scent through the vent which at first is pleasant but after a while...ehh.

A great place is the Todd English Pub hands down. Great happy hour specials twice a day. 3:00-6:00PM & 10:00PM-Midnight ½ Price Pints, ½ Price Wines by the glass,$1 Wings, $2 Oysters*, $3 Sliders (Oysters are $2 All Day, Everyday).

The pool is outstanding and you can bring your drinks from the room as long as they are in an Aria cup. Tons of lounge chairs.

Get the MLife players card if you don't have one already. Poker room is a great room also.

    Enjoy.

KPS Thanks for the heads up on Todd English Pub, happy hour sounds like a good idea before we go the Zarkana show.

I go to OBX every year at least for a week, much better than the beaches at VA beach and less crowded.

With the whole family we get a house Rodanthe, Waves or Salvo area. But if it just me and DW we stay at the Hilton Garden Inn (she works for Hilton so we get good rates)

I'm in the KDH area, so not too far from either spot!
