Gambling revenue in AC up in April due to casino and internet action. With Memorial Day coming it should only get better. Outdoor venues will be going full blast . Was there last night and heard that CET is planning to close one casino, probably Showboat. Nothing official, just talk from casino workers, for what thats worth. Resorts sacked that Roaring Twenties theme in favor of the Margaritaville concept ,doh, they're on the beach.
I know people on here bash AC for one thing or another and a lot is justified, but I think it's going to make a bit of a comeback after some sorting out.
GN was fairly busy for a thursday night which is a good sign,I got a thumbs up from my cocktail waitress buddy ,that, you can take to the bank .

Showboat was pretty busy last Saturday. Bally's is hurting but they just installed a whole new casino floor. Really, it's just new carpet. But, Wild West is half shutdown with a lot of floor space taken up by beer pong tables.

For the first time in a long time, I saw mention of the Claridge casino so that made me think that Caesars is trying to see it off. Legends in Concert at Bally's/Claridge seems to have closed.
