    Hi guys,

So I often stay at the Mirage and get fair offers about 3 nights in a suite 500 F&b and about the same in FP. My coin in per day is usually about $9k and my est loss is usally about 5k over three days.

However on my last trip last week the casino got between $12.5k & $15k coin in a day and my total est loss (which is lower than I think) $10k total. coin in on the trip was $44k.

My host e-mailed me to say that she's willing to offer me 250 f&b 250 fp 3 nights in a small suite on our next stay I've worked this out and that's about 8%-11% of my theo in return in other properties I get between 20 and 30% sometimes more.

We did have a few crossed words this time as she tried to say her FP offer was a typo so I showed mlife the email and it was her who offered us the extra free play so she looked stupid and they honored it. Do you think she's annoyed that we called her out on her tricks?

    What should we do?
A-tell her to shove it and cut all ties
B- explain I feel this isn't acceptable ask for another host
C- tell her wynn and cosmo (nicer properties where I didn't lose as much gave better offers)
    D- any other suggestions?

    Looking forward to responses

This is slots right? Just curious as to how you lost 10k with only 44k coin in? Was the is penny slots? Running cold?

I wouldn't burn any bridges but I'd look for another host and property to play at. Step up to aria or bellagio or head somewhere else.

This offer mystifies me. Truly. Do you have an offer from any other casino? They should match or better that offer, maybe she had nothing to go off of? Usually they take the offers and go from there by adding freeplay if they can.

Yes slot play...cold as always at mirage.....I don't have any new offers yet on my mlife as only last week. Yeah she knows what we lost and played. I think it's because she offered us $450 free play and tried to give us $350 last time and we said no this is what you offered us and she said it was a typo however it was an email she's sent off her own back saying she wants to increase our fp so she looked stupid.

Hi buddy. I know. I can't believe it. I already stay at sky suites at aria fully comped and free play and fb usally around 500. About $10k coin in a day sometimes more. Our host Dan is always fair there. Bellagio we've never stayed at but Dan Black I think he was called gave us his card last year and said to contact him but he seemed a little rude so never dealt with him.

Try another property.Bellagio or Aria may or may not start with the same offer as their requirements are typically higher than Mirage which is considered mid tier like MGM

I already get sky suite offers and stay at aria. I've no issue with them. You're right mirage is mid tier. I just can't understand what the low balling is about from her!!!

And the Mirage and let them know why. Try Bellagio.

Not sure why you pose this to the board when "C" seems pretty clear to me. You state Wynn & Cosmo give better offers and you lose less at those higher end properties. What is keeping you at Mirage if your above statement is accurate? Do tell.

My offers at The Mirage are half of yours and your actual loss is more than my coin in. I'd take my business elsewhere if I was you.

The reason why is we travel from the other side of the world so don't go for two or three nights so we combined the offers for example on our last stay we did 3 nights at aria in sky suite 2 nights at Encore 2 nights at cosmo and 2 nights at mirage. Hope that helps with your understanding. That then give us 72hr gap between offers too we do this twice a year usally

Also it's not always obvious...It takes years to build a realtionship with a host so less of your cheek and I don't want to just throw it away. No need to get smart. This is a message board designed to help answer things you're unsure off.....

Sorry for the bad wording - it seemed you already knew the answer. My communication skills are lacking clarity and in no way meant to be cheeky. Your explanation makes perfect sense. I agree it takes time to build a relationship with a host and if you feel your are being shorted to bring it to their attention. Cheers

Completely understand you wanting to stay with one group however; my thought is if you are losing at a 25% rate of your total coin in then what should be a fun,& good time is not. The free play.food & beverage are the incentives and if Aria is more willing to give you more then that would be my choice. Staying within the MGM banner we have often thought of staying at Bellagio (we are CET people) and with your track record that would be my second choice. Good luck with what you do and let the board know..........Rick
