    Trips to Las Vegas:
What do you mean he gets up when he loses, when he loses all his hands or just the majority of them? Does he stand up or leave? Sounds weird and boring to flat bet like that.

    Trips to Las Vegas:
I saw something like this on my last trip. I was playing a video type roulette game where you make your bet on a touch screen in front of you. A younger guy came next to me, never sat down, threw 40 or so bucks in the machine and started to just ramdonly hitting the screen within a cluster of numbers. He never sat down and had a lot of nervous energy. He lost and threw in a hundred and bet the whole thing again in the same manner. Lost again. Threw in a couple hundrend and did the same thing again, each time getting more and more agitated. Lost again and threw in maybe 3 hundred or so again! Now I was getting nervous, for him!

Now I don't pay attention to what someone bets next to me, and I don't care, and I hate when people next to me gets nosy about what I'm betting, but this kind of play draws attention.

After losing 7 hundred or so within 4 or so spins within a couple minutes he finally hits and cashes out 9 hundred or so. I congratulate him on his hit and he leaves. Thank goodness.

Then he returns a couple minutes later and I'm thinking oh s--t. He does the same thing but luckily hits after only a couple loses and only being in for 3 or 4 hundred. I think he cashed out ahead a couple hundred, but at least he left for good after that.

I know this kind of thing happens all the time, but to witness this and a potential melt down is an experience to behold. Just scary to be near a potential nuclear explosion.

Not the guy you're talking about, but I see a scaled down version of your guy on almost every trip.

The profile is pretty much the same every trip. A local and scruffily dressed as if he just got off his blue collar job. Whether playing 21, slot or VP, he will always stand, looking around nervously like he doesn't want to be seen.

He's very antimated whether winning or losing (usually losing). Usually broke within minutes, shoulders slumped, he tries to melt into the casino crowd as he leaves. Very sad to watch.
