So as the summer starts to wind down, my mind turns to one of my favorite holidays: Halloween, Vegas style! This will be my 4th time to visit during all-hallows-eve and I am starting to put together a list of the fun and unusual activities. Please feel free to add to this list, lets make it easy to find all of the activities.

Halloween Ball @ Hard Rock Sat 26th. (I have attended a few times and it is a pretty wild party)

Life is Beautiful (I am kinda sketchy on the details of what this really is. anyone know??)

Night of Killer costumes at the Palms (I hear there is some great eye candy there for the event)

The Halloween ball will be even bigger than ever. They are doing a big concert downtown with some big bands. Taking a tour of the haunted houses is always good.

I love halloween!!!! Coming from germany makes it even more special. We do not celebrate halloween. I was able to be in the us for halloween more than 15 years ago when i was a lil kid. I would really love to be in vegas for halloween, but we already have other plans for the next 3 trips.....

Okay so what about Halloween night on the Strip? Wife and I will be there on the 30th thru November 2nd. We won't go downtown, won't be going to any balls, just our regular few spots near Ballys. Never been in the fall actually- so Halloween will be something new for us. But we would like to dress up. What's the atmosphere on Halloween day/night? Are people dressed up during the day? Is it just casino employees? At night do the casinos have a different vibe? (More fun?- well always fun- just a different kind of fun) What about the clubs? Is it acceptable to be dressed up for a club? I'm thinking of the guys here- will the let you on or do you still have to look classy, even on Hallloween? Or is it just good times to be out on The Strip dressed up and have a good time?!

Vegas4pools, the vibe on Halloween is always a bit more amped up and you will see TONS of people dressed up all day long. Its an excuse to wear clothing that most people cant pull off most days of the year. Take advantage of it! As for the clubs, they will be packed with costumed customers. The weather is usually warm in the daytime and then cool at night, so dress accordingly.
