    OK all you arm-chair quarterbacks... here's your chance to put up YOUR dough (or borrow it like everyone else), build a place and then install those fantastic gaming-odds (3/2 black jack, full-pay VP, etc.) that favor the customer you're always talking about. Give away ALL the comps, cut those restaurant and drink prices and leave out the pool and nightclubs.
