Looking for some advice since I have only little experience regarding bottle service. We're a group of 8 guys looking to get bottle service (probably at Hakkasan). We're looking at a $200/pp budget all-in (hence $1600 max total inc. taxes, tips etc.). I was wondering:

-It's a rather large guys only group, will this be an issue?
-Is the budget realistic on a saturday night at Hakkasan (no big name DJ is performing)?
-Should we use a independant host or contact the club directly using the website? (Anyone know a good host?)
-If our budget is total unrealistic: Where could have a chance on getting a table on that budget?

You should go to JackColton.com and ask this question. There are moderators there who will be able to give you good advice, plus they have hosts who'll be able to assist you with your budget.

That being said, $1,600 all in for 8 guys will not get your far in a club like Hakkasan on a Saturday night. It probably won't get you in the main room, even the mezzanine. Keep in mind $1600 all in is more like $1100 before tax, 20% gratuity, and the LET. Which is basically 2 bottles. For a group of 8 guys, they'll probably push you to buy atleast 3 bottles.

if you want to go to hakkasan is have 3-4 on your boys go in with the host and have the other guys waiting in line and when they get in go to the table. If there isn't a headliner you probably can get a table in the ling ling lounge (non main room). Or you can check out TAO

Hardwell is the the headliner that night so it should be a good crowd. While I've never experienced this, I have heard of Hakkasan bumping people off of their tables in order to bring another group of peeps in. Basically if you stop ordering bottles there is a chance of them moving you out. A realistic min $$$ is double what you guys are looking to spend. Have yall looked into any other clubs? Like some of the other people have said, try getting in touch with a host. Sometimes you can negotiate a price but you're gonna have to tip them to make the magic happen.

Hakkasan is not the place for a group that size with a $1600 all in budget, primarily because they charge an LET tax. Your bill will be whatever your minimum is plus 40% and that's not including your tip to the host.

    Try this site:http://www.vegasunzipped.com/hosts/
Some of the guys on here are good contacts for the venues, others I'm not familiar with them.
    10 Oak
    The Bank
    Hyde
    Chateau
    Tryst
^ These are places that may be more in you $$ range and could realistically get 2-3 bottles for your budget, but these are also lower end venues compared to Hakkasan, XS, Marquee, and Light
    Good Luck!!!
I see you're staying a PH. I'll be out there in July. PH is a good all-around casino.. good vibe at night

As an FYI Noah Ortiz is no longer at Light as he now works for Jackcolton.com and Joey Orr relocated to Florida to run his own business. Chris Traer is now over at Drais.
