Just checking my calender for August and low and behold i have Caesars Palace comped from Aug. 4th-Aug. 9th. I always look at my rate calender for each month and was trying to decide between Flamingo and Bally's as all the CET hotels are listed on my calender. I never considered CP or Nobu because they are just too expensive for my taste. I already booked Rio and Bally's comped and no resort fee long ago so i wanted to go in August comped + resort fee. The calender in August for Caesars for the other 3 weeks are way above my budget, but somehow MY week is comped. Needless to say, i am going to book it. As a person, (when going solo), is happy even at the Quad (this past Nov), i think i'll be OK at Caesars no matter how crappy the room is.........why? Because it's CAESARS!! LOL.

I just want to add that my comped room is for the original Roman tower but also the newer Forum tower. I will book the Forum tower and probably do the $20 sandwich to maybe upgrade to the Octavious tower? This is all new to me as far as Caesars Palace. But at least the Forum tower is an upgrade from the Roman tower from what i have seen on the videos.
Well, i'm booked. It will be $125 + tax = $140 for 5 days at the newly remodeled Forum tower with comped rooms, or $28 a night total.. It's only $7 per day more than Flamingo.

I've always enjoyed staying at Caesars, and while the customer service sometimes is lacking there is only one Caesars and it is still an epic experience to stay there.

I have often said, all serious LV travelers should stay at one of the classics at least once!

Thanks. Does anyone know what the first upgrade from the Forum Tower is? Is it the Palace Tower, or is it the Octavius Tower? They seem close in price, but if i'm staying in the Forum Tower, which is recently remodeled, is the view the main upgrade? Can you get a view on a Forum Tower?

I don't think there are really good views from the Forum tower, but the elevator drops you right in the forum casino which I love. Palace would be the next upgrade, close to the pool, but a walk to everything else. All of these rooms are nice so you won't be disappointed.

Thanks. I plan on enjoying the pool and enjoying the casino,,,,,LOL. Maybe the view at the pool will far outreach my view out my room window.....hehe.
