There's also a service charge for the tickets that adds another $4 or more to the price.

The prices are the same throughout the week (though I believe the show is dark on Sundays and Mondays), so it's an extra $3 savings if you go on Friday or Saturday nights when the buffet is $22 instead of the regular $19.

I have never been in the GN theater, how are the cheap seats that go with the buffet special?

It's a small theater, about the size of Carrot Top 's, but much more lush. I've done this offer and was quite satisfied. He came out into the audience and all the way to the back.

I ordered this and got seats in the middle of Row N, about 2/3 of the way back. Got the buffet deal but nowhere on my e-mail confirmation does it say I get the buffet...it only mentions show tickets.

Did you order online or call the number? Call the # and ask. Let us know. I was thinking about sat 5-4-13.

But no buffet on the Premium and VIP seating, just the show tickets. Big difference that I almost missed, too.

I ordered online. First time with Travel Zoo.

Tried calling the box office # listed in the e-mail and it just rang & rang. It also said "no refunds".

I wouldn't have paid over $60.00 just for the show tickets as I heard it caters more to middle age folks and my son is 25. I liked the deal because it was supposed to include the buffet but now I have no proof that I'm entitled to it.

Travelzoo is reputable. If you chose the correct option (and only one of the three packages actually came with the buffet) you will be fine. I went to the Travelzoo site and it clearly stated which one came with dinner, so that's when I realized that the other two didn't.

I really wanted the buffet, which was the first option, and I'm 99% sure that's the one I selected, although I have no way of proving it now.

I just tried out a "fake" booking and selected the buffet option. It came to exactly the amount specified in my e-mail. Just makes me wonder how they will know I'm supposed to get the buffet because the e-mail confirmation ONLY mentions show tickets.

I didn't book the buffet deal but its apparently pretty common. Gordie Brown even made a joke about it during his show...something like, how many of you came for the buffet and wound up in my audience?

I caught the fine print and wanted to book the buffet since it is a small theater and all seats are good but I'd like the ticket to say buffet and show. I don't like suspense when I travel!

I agree it's entirely lame that the printed/emailed confirmation can't list what's included in the package.

One suggestion for now is to a screen shot of the page that shows the buffet included with the seat level you booked and take that with you.

One suggestion for the future is to take a screen shot of the main order pages as you book. I do this regularly now for almost all online purchases. (I use Firefox with a plugin called Screengrab. Don't know how I lived without it!)
