If you continue going south on LV Blvd (Strip) you will get to South Point; a large generic casino with much better 'odds/house hold' than you'll find in an MGM property. If you head east on Tropicana you will get to The Orleans (a Boyd Property) that will have similar odds to their Downtown properties...also much better than the Strip. These properties are about a 5 minute drive from MB.
*I'm assuming that by "odds" you are referring to a better game with a lower house hold.

Orleans is definitely closer to MB than South Point. Hope you are renting a car if you are looking for better odds than MB near the Strip.

Yes, no place to walk from MB. Depends on how much you are going to play to make a cab/car worth it. See map

You can take a bus straight down the Strip to SouthPoint or just get an Uber/Lyft car. Like I stated before, it's a 5 minute ride.

Silverton is 5 minutes away. South Point is another 3 or 4 minutes.
