Anyone know of a good Chinese restaurant, not expensive, in the vegas area ?
Buffets welcomed. Thx.
Ping Pang Pong at the Gold Coast is most often mentioned as the best moderately priced Chinese food in the Vegas area.
Ping Pang Pong at Gold Coast is excellent, and reasonably priced. Best dim sum in Las Vegas. Not a buffet. Very late hours....check Gold Coast website for specifics.
Some people swear by P.F. Chang's at Planet Hollywood.
I know that this is not Chinese, but I really enjoyed Le Thai on East Fremont (downtown).
Oddly enough, the coffee shop at Bill's (next to Flamingo) has very good Chinese.
I agree, we always make it a point to go to Ping Pang Pong. They do close for a short time during afternoon. I believe it is from 3pm to 5pm, then reopen. Great food, reasonably priced.
You best bet if you have transportation is China Town usually on Spring Mountain Rd.
This is true. They revamped the menu and there are fewer offerings, but still it is quite good.
For the Strip,
Chin Chin in NYNY. Very reasonable price and good food.
X2..........been there 2 times and food was very good....only advice...DON'T order too much food.......they are very generous with the portions...
I ate lunch at the Noodle Exchange in the Gold Coast a couple weeks ago and it's definitely on my list for next month. $7 for a darn tasty entre with soup and egg roll. www.goldcoastcasino.com/whats-new/offers/noodle-exchange-lunch-specials
Yes! Noodle Exchange! Forgot that one. Had fun eating at the counter and watching them prepare food. Modest prices.
Food Express at Palace Station.
I don't know your definition of expensive. But I enjoyed Dragon Noodle at the Monte Carlo. I think it was about $60 for dinner for two. Stupid name, good food.
I will second this recommendation....
I really enjoy Dragon Noodle @ Monte Carlo. During the week, you can get a lunch special for $9.95 that is an awesome deal! I have tried a few different dishes on the lunch menu and they are all worth ordering again. Everything tastes very fresh and authentic.
Go to the Gold Coast and have the dim sum at Ping Pang Pong
