Good hibachi restaurants on/near the Strip or Dahntahn?

    All,
    I'll be jaunting off to the Happiest Place on Earth in May with my girlfriend. We're both a fan of Japanese hibachi (Benihana, Ichiban, etc.) restaurants and I wanted to know if there are any good ones around the Strip area. Nothing too chain-y if we can avoid it. Thanks!

    There was a Benihana in the LVH. The only other one I can think of is Hamada of Japan in Flamingo.

    Also, just FYI. Benihana and the like are "teppanyaki" restaurants, not "hibachi." Teppanyaki is on the iron grill. Hibachi uses hot coals and is traditionally used for heating, not cooking.
