We're staying at the Bellagio (at least, that's the plan for now) and I'm sure that room service is way out of our price point. Any suggestions for good breakfast (buffet or otherwise) prices?

The Bellagio buffet is very, very good. Cafe Bellagio would also be a great breakfast option - the restaurant is nicely decorated and the Maryland Crab Cakes Benedict is delicious.

The Wicked Spoon buffet next door at The Cosmopolitan is also very good (I ate there last week) and if you don't mind traveling a bit, the Peppermill (right near The Riviera) is one of my favorite Vegas breakfast spots of all.

A popular choice is Mon Ami Gabi right across the street at Paris. I’ve never eaten breakfast there, so I can’t vouch for it. But, eating on their patio with a view of the fountains is pretty cool any time of the day.

My favorite breakfast so far has been Bouchon at Venetian. A little on the pricey side. But delicious and worth the splurge if you’re a “breakfast person”, IMO.

Unfortunately, more often than not, my laziness/hangover gets the better of me and I just pay the ridiculous prices for subpar room service food. :rolleyes2: (Bellagio’s is at least better than most…but more expensive than most as well.)

Mon Ami Gabi @ Paris is good for breakfast and Earl Sandwich @ PH is a cheaper option for something quick but still very good.

How could I have forgotten about Mon Ami Gabi? It is my favorite place on the Strip LOL...the breakfast is very good there, and you are right - you can't beat the view from the patio.

Le Village Buffet @ Paris (we thought it was better than the Bellagio buffet)
    Cafe Bellagio

But the fountains won't be on in the morning. They start at 3 on weekdays and noon on weekends.....I'm sure Mon Ami Gabi is nice for breakfast, but I just wanted to get that out there - the view is still nice and it's fun for people watching......

[ETA 11am on Sunday for the Bellagio Jasmine brunch - all this from their website http://www.bellagio.com/attractions/fountains-of-bellagio.aspx]

Maybe you eat late and call it breakfast. But I eat early regularly, and as an east coaster who never quite does the time change well, I want my breakfast in Vegas by 8am.....

Do’h. Good catch, Hoya. Though, as said, the setting is still pretty cool even without the fountains.

I hate to send you from Bellagio to the likes of IP, but if you don't mind the walk, stroll over to Imperial Palace for Hash House A Go Go if they're open during the construction. Best breakfast I've ever had in Las Vegas (although, I went to the one on Sahara, not at IP).

I agree. If considering off strip, consider the Orleans for a bargain play.

My breakfast portion was more than adequate; I did not leave hungry.

We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Planet Hollywood back in March. Lots of good choices from end to end, and great customer service.
Discount coupons in the ACG and LVA coupon books.

The biggest problem at PH is FINDING the buffet, hidden down in the lower level, from an escalator in the casino.

Once you've been once it's fairly easy, but I remember walking around about 10 times the first time I went trying to find it.

For a quick, inexpensive breakfast, I hit Earl of Sandwich at PH. It is right at the front of the property, an easy walk from Bellagio.

Our two favorites are Mon Ami Gabi and Sugar Factory, both at Paris. Bill's had a great late night/early morning breakfast special, if you are looking for breakfast food between 11pm and 6am, I think.
