I think it is 30 per day.
The exercise room is very small and not really worth it.

Better to use 24hr fitness, a few blocks away. On other side of tunnel behind Plaza. Only a few blocks walk and full facility for ten bucks....

Depending on your play they may comp it. I used the spa last year when I was there, not the exercise room and the spa was rather nice, great hottubs and sauna, nice over all experience.

It was 20 dollars a day the last time I stayed there. If you have a gold club room the spa is included in the fee. Depending on what kind of workout you want is the biggest question. They have ellipticals, bikes and treadmills. (Precor) The weights room has a smith machine, and numerous selectorized machines along with dumbbells 5-60 and some physio balls. Just really depends on how hard core of a workout person you are. I am a strength and conditioning coach and have always been able to get a descent workout there. May have to do a few more reps with lighter weight but you can still get a good workout and there is never that many people there. So it is nice and relaxing compared to a packed gym.

Ace is correct, it is $20 per day but is free if you are booking a Gold Club room (in case you are doing a cost benefit analysis). I think the workout area is average but the spa area is good and everything is well cared for, clean.
