Went to Costco in Henderson on December 12, 2012 and was able to purchase $100 worth of gift cards for $79. I haven't checked the costco.com website.

The cashier at Costco even remarked it was a good deal. I bought $100 and was able to cash in at checkout desk. They can be used for anything on the property but I applied it to my bill.

Be advised that they only have 1 gift card reader in the checkout and it seemed to take them a long time to do it but it got done.

**cards are also good at the AC Golden Nugget location also.

Thanks for the info. Will be on the look out for the card on my next visit.

Costco is great for stuff like that. Similarly, until very recently they were selling $300 gift cards to American Airlines for $270, which was a fantastic deal if you fly AA regularly (as I do).
