Good day all. We booked our flights last night and are Vegas bound April 8th-14th. Yippeeee!!!!! We are staying at the GN and are currently booked in the Rush Tower standard rooms. We have stayed in these the last few times we have been and absolutely love the rooms. I was just comparing some pricing and it looks like the Rush Gold Club rooms are only about another $20 per night. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two rooms? Looks like you get free internet, coffee and bottled water amongst other perks. Is the room itself the same as the standard rush rooms? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks very much!

A couple of other perks that I like are the free access to the gym and separate check in area. Check in also has the same amenity snacks/drinks as the other tower VIP check in. Rooms are pretty much the same as Rush rooms but are high up. Regardless of what you book, make sure to request a room facing opposite the canopy if you want to avoid the noise...

With the new resort fee, free internet and gym passes are no longer a perk. They now will come with all rooms. So the benefit of the Rush Gold room is free coffee in room, refrigerator, key only access to the floor you're staying on, and snacks and water by the elevator. The Gold room was very comfortable and we enjoyed it last year. Now, with the resort fee, I'm not sure if it's worth it.
I learned today (01/19) that if you stay in the Rush Gold Club room you do not have to pay the resort fee. This may help with a room decision.
