Does anyone know of any restaurants on the strip or Fremont St., that have gluten-free options? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I can't help you with a specific recommendation, but you might be surprised at how many casino restaurants have gluten free symbols or entire menus. Good luck, a friend of my daughter's has a medical condition and is strictly GF, so I can empathize with you.

I don't have any allergies or reasons to avoid gluten, but to be honest I am seriously considering looking at a buffet for picking things that I want without having to eat overly processed stuff.

I agree that its very popular now that they are marking menus in most places. My advice is troll the casino websites or yelp and find the menu's and take a look and see if they have anything.

Treasure Island has gluten free menus at most(all?) of their restrauntants as well as Wynn does. Just ask about them as you enter. For quick meals I would recommend Pho at TI (gluten free menu available) or ZooZaCrackers Deli at wynn (they will modify most of their items to be gluten free items and remove items with gluten) if you are the north strip. -- a celiac.

I would think that Wynn has gluten free options at any restaurant.

Thanks everyone for the info....I'm asking for a friend who will be going with us in September and for her, it is not a choice but a must to have gluten-free foods. All help is greatly appreciated :)

Nine Fine Irishman at NYNY has a special gluten free menu and its excellent. Border Grill has their things marked, we always go for brunch and over half the items are gluten free. 800 Deg pizza at Monte Carlo makes an excellent gluten free pizza. Aria buffet has some of their things marked gluten free which is the first I have seen at a buffet. Bobby Flay's burger joint puts their burgers or grilled chicken on a salad for you and both Shake Shack and In and Out do lettuce wraps. If you want a burger with a bun, The Burger Bar at Mandalay does a gluten free bun which is actually really good. My experience with buns like that are either really good, or really bad, but this one was good. Hope this helps. I have been gluten free for about 4 years and never have a problem eating really well in Vegas.

One of my friends with a severe gluten allergy joined us for a few days on a trip with a group of guys a while back at Aria. The wait staff at both Javier's and at Todd English PUB were very familiar with their menus and were able to recommend gluten-free options. For example, at Javier's the chips and salsa are 100% gluten free; avoid the carnitas!

If you are looking for a great Gluten Free option try the 2 locations for Border Grill (Mandalay Bay, Caesar's Forum Shoppes. The ladies who own these were on Top Chef Masters and are great chefs with interesting Mexican food...Give it a try... Also if you sign up for their VIP club you get a buy on get one free entrée...We used ours for a free brunch.. By the way brunch is outstanding and the $10 bottomless Mimosas can't be beat.

These recommendations are great and will be so helpful when deciding where we can eat; I think I may need to make a list so I can remember all these! We're staying at Aria so nice to see a few places in close proximity and we have a few events at Mandalay Bay so very good to know about the Border Grill and the Burger Bar. Any other suggestions greatly welcomed and to those already posted, Thank You!!!:nworthy:

The MGM buffet has gluten free foods labeled, Slice of Vegas at Mandalay offers gf options, Cheesecake Factory in Caesars, and I think Bucca di Beppo in Excalibur. I have reservations for Rice and Co. at Luxor for July. I haven't eaten there before but they have a gf menu online.

Does your friend have the FindMeGlutenFree app?

Margaritaville has a gluten free menu. My better half has to eat GF and she has had the hamburger there with a GF bun and the fries are cooked separately so no cross contamination. She has never had an issue after eating there.
I appreciate the other answers as it provides us with some options for our last minute trip coming up this Tuesday.

I forgot to mention that there is a GF menu at mon ami gabi at Paris. Again, no issues after eating there.
