Just wanted to share what happened during my stay at Gold Coast today. I have like 60,000 slot points and tried to pay for the champagne brunch with them. I give them my B-connected card and they tell me I only have 70 points there. WTF I hadn't spent those points!

I was pissed. I ended up paying for the entire thing out of pocket and head over to the Bconnected desk after eating to see what happened. All they said was "the points are lost" and tell me that other people had come by and complained about the same thing. They fill out a form and say that my points will show up on my account after a while.

I really hope my points really do show up like they said they would. But at the mean time, I guess I'll just wait and see what happens. I went over to MSS the night before and tried to pay for my meal using points then too, but they said their system was down. Something really funky was up with Boyd's point system.

Thanks for the reply. Good to hear they eventually give the points back!

Last trip i checked once midday and had over 3 million points but should have had 600 thousand. It fixed itself too.

I would have gone to the desk before the buffet once I was told there weren't enought points. They should have comped you the buffet.

    The issue is with B-Connected

The issue is with B-Connected Slot points

Last trip had an issue with various B-connected casino's & points, Jan 30-Feb 6th 2016 Trip

A nice lady at Sam's town tried to fix it, & eventually did with a lot of hard work, and told us about their system.
Their Member points system has grown too big for it's britches, it badly needs an up-date and a complete platform re-work,
it has major issues w/cross properties, on my card (Gold coast my home B-Connected property).
It worked fine at MSS. California & Freemont & a few others, @Sam's town it read me as "User" and created a completely new member number
& lost all my slot points.
The nice lady also told me there adding even more casinos to their already out-dated system,
so hopefully Boyd will get a new system on line & get it going soon!

I had similar troubles at MSS and California. Eventually fixed but took several days.
