Is it possible to valet park at the 4 seasons, eat at Charlie Palmers and then walk to the Mandalay Bay Casino without going outside?

Yes, the indoor pathway to the casino is on the opposite side of the Four Seasons lobby from C Palmer

From Charlie Palmer, take the guest elevator or staircase up one floor to the casino level. Then follow the hallway past a few banquet rooms, across the MB lobby checkin desk and veer Left past the MB elevator bays into the Casino.

It may take 8 minutes if you walk very slow or there is a huge crowd in the MB check in area.

As mentioned, you can turn right from the FS lobby, walk through the FS shops and past the FS spa and use the FS guest elevator to go up one floor to casino level. If you go that route, you will make a sharp left when you exit the FS elevator lobby, then past the MB elevator bays and into casino.

In fact, if you really wanted to you could park at 4 seasons, eat at Charlie Palmer, play pai gow at Mandalay, buy lingerie at Fredrick's, play VP at Luxor High limit, have sushi at rice and company, watch show girls at fantasy, grab a Cinnabon at Excalibur, then go start betting purples at Excalibur blackjack tables.... all without stepping a foot outside.

First time you have to venture outdoors on south strip is between Excalibur and NYNY.
