On my next trip, I will be by myself. Was wanting to good a real good steak one night. Is there any nice steakhouses, that maybe has a bar spot where solo diners can sit at? Prefer something center strip

I know you can sit at the bar in GR Steak @ Paris, which is very good.

Also seem to remember there being one at PH's Stripsteak, and I enjoyed the steak there, too.

Can you elaborate on your experience at GR Steak? I am going there in 2 weeks.

    Thanks

BLT at Bally's, center strip, has a bar (with happy hour), highly recommended, and there's a coupon if you stay there.

I think every steakhouse I've been to in Vegas has had a bar that served the full menu. So if you already have some favorites, I wouldn't hesitate to do them solo.

If you're just looking for recommendations, my favorites are SW, Carnevino, Craftsteak and CUT. None of them are smack dab center strip, but none are a difficult walk or expensive cab ride either.

I like Jean Georges, if you consider Aria center-strip

I don't have a favorite, so I will look all of these up. As long as I am able to sit at a bar, it will be perfect!

The first time I ate there was 2012, after the UFC @ MGM, and even though we were quite late, they never rushed us at all, and we had a great meal.

That time I had the kobe filet, with a few sides, and the chorizo lobster appetiser. Everything was good, but we went through about 4 bottles of wine between the table, and it was a long time ago.

My 2nd trip was in 2014, which was when I had the Wellington, followed by Sticky Toffee Pudding.

I enjoyed the wellington, but it was very filling, and I couldn't finish it all myself. Not all bad, as the others wanted to try it anyway.

Sticky Toffee Pudding is insanely good, but very rich!

I'm hoping to take my father this year, as that is his favourite dessert back here in the UK.

Here are some more recent thoughts, and there is a linked review, too.

Hope you enjoy your upcoming trip!
