    My Trip Report

Here we go again folks, looking to bust my "Come home a Winner" cherry, and I've got a good feeling that this may be the trip!

I’ll be flying out of Halifax first thing in the morning, connecting in Newark and should be touching down in mecca at 11:00am local time. The trip we are staying at Caesars Palace for 5 nights in the Octavius tower, with $500 folio credit upfront. Already checked in on United (No first class upgrade available this time), so we will be sticking to the pre-purchased emergency row exit seats.

    Should be a busy trip:
Thursday: CET 7 stars cocktail reception at the Vortex at the LINQ, then heading to the Cosmo Blvd Pool to watch Of Monsters and Men
    Friday: Britney at Planet Hollywood?
Saturday: Red Rock Jeep Tour in the AM, Wine and painting @ Pho pm
Sunday: Sterling Brunch at Bally's, later that night Absinthe
    Monday night: Dinner at Giada

As all plans are in Vegas, these are tentative and if I'm having a good time doing something else and don't make it to one or more these, so be it!
Outside of the norm, I'm making a solid effort to be out by the pool with the wife from 11:00am until 3 or so each day, to stay away from the machines,
I will have lots of play in my normal hours though, 6am - 11:00am!

Also on the agenda is meeting up with a few VMBers for drinks and/or dinner, and whatever else we get into (PayTriple will be there, so who knows)!

Hopefully you will see lots of winning pics of hand pays, chip, VP and slot porn!

Just cluing up some last min things at work so the place doesn’t go all ape-shit while I'm gone!!!

    Wish me luck…Cheers!

Good luck my man and really hoping you kill it this trip! Also hope you don't have the same plane delays as last time. Enjoy your trip!

I should add that I have a smaller BR this trip initially as I am making an effort to reduce the $$ that I "write off" at the start of a trip. So I'll have the $6500 USD that I exchanged on Monday plus an additional $1500 USD slops that I had left over from last trip. The plan is to stick to that budget as close as possible, but I won't let a "plan" interfere with having a good time ;)

Also, I should mention that this is my first trip to a CET property this year, so my earned Tier Credits and RC's are at zero. I will post how many I accumulate after the trip is done!

    Thanks fella!

Those delays last time were a royal PITA, by the time I got to Vegas I was awake for over 24 hours, and THEN starting pounding booze down my throat and gambling...THAT mistake won't happen again!

    Good luck GChrome

    I'll be there on Friday.

2009 and 2007 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon will be flowing.

I might crash Sterling and Giada's.... :licklips:

Lets make this a winning trip.

Safe travels, and looking forward to meeting you this weekend! (You wouldn't happen to have a spare riding crop you could bring to Vegas?)

Every day I walk by a number of slots that keep whispering your name. They're all spitters (cash out slips) and not swallowers (your bankroll).
