...friend of mine is going to be in Arizona next week for several days... and, given that he'll have a lot of free time on his hands, he asked me if I knew anything about the gaming conditions at the Arizona indian casinos... I don't, but I told him I'd check here, as I'm certain that one or more of you degenerates have gambled there! :poke:

His main concern was whether or not they charge the "ante"/ "vig" to get cards at the blackjack, 3-card & UTH tables....that, and whether or not drinks are comped.

    TIA, guys...

They do not charge the "ante" fee on Blackjack at Talking Stick, Lone Butte, or Wild Horse. I have not played BJ at Vee Quiva or Casino Arizona.

They do not charge the "ante" on 3CP or LIR at Lone Butte, I have not played these games at the other casinos.

    Drinks are NOT comped

    UPDATE:
My friend reported back to me that they have 6-deck shoes, $5 tables, 3:2 with DAS permitted... no ante/vig.
He did have to buy his own drinks...$4.75 for a beer.
(I asked him if the games were S17 or H17 & he didn't remember...which tells me it was probably H17).
No UTH, but they do offer 3-card.
