Not sure what is going on but there have been A LOT of winners this month. Saw one lady on a $1 Quick Hit machine ($2 max bet) hit $10,000 & while waiting on her $$$$....put a hundy in the machine next to it & hit it - also for $10,000. Many $10,000 - 20,000 winners on single $5 machine bets. The Hot Pennys also going crazy....have had many $150 - 200 bonuses myself. I hit the Quick Hit for $1013 last nite & another $1 machine for $540! I have been to this boat probably 15 times this month and have not had a loosing session....This is crazy!! The penny Mr. Cashman machines regularly have players with $500-800 in the machine. Many of the regulars are meeting in the Diamond Lounge & discussing the active machines & wondering when it will all come crashing down!!! :):)

WOW !!! Sounds like it might be time to go down to southern Indiana to visit our daughter & family. Our son-in-law used to be a dealer at that Horseshoe.

I haven't been there in 4 or 5 years. Maybe I should return.

What else is there to do down there? CET will push it for junkets sometimes but I don't want to be stuck in the casino for the whole time.

Not much at all, Leo. The Horseshoe is next to the Ohio River, outside of the small town of Elizabeth, Indiana. If you had a car, it's about a 20-25 ride into Louisville, Kentucky.

True....nothing close for a quick rest from loosing...lol. They always want to comp me several nights but only will book 1 nite. Heck, we are only 20 minutes away from the boat so quick pop-ins are the norm for us....

They sure did! Plus, there are pics posted all over of about a dozen winners of $40,000 & above on slots.

They slaughtered VP there though. Of all the properties in the CET empire, they treated the IGT VP overhaul as the worst excuse to downgrade. No more 9/6 JoB. VPFree2 says there are a few 9/6 Boner Deluxe left, but I can't confirm. I really wouldn't count on it.

I'm glad they are getting their ass kicked by variance. :evillaugh

Edit: Just read on Wizard of Vegas one of the members hit a $40k Royal there too. Even better!!

Yeah, I had heard the VP got stripped down. The last time we were there was during that last "road-trip" promo from CET. At that time, they still had all the slant-top 9/6 JOB and 8/5 Bonus.

I'm due for a trip down there. About 2 hours for me. There is a host from there who was leaving me voice mails a lot a few months ago. I just couldn't see the need, though, as I could get my rooms comped and food credit. It's a decent place, but Vegas it ain't. And I heard about the VP, which was very disappointing. That was one of my favorite things about the place.
