Been planning a trip out to Cosmo since last month because of the fun stay I had over labor day weekend. Made my reservation when I saw the B1G1 free night offered on Facebook, but booked it for the second Monday in November instead of the second Monday in December!

So aggravating and even though I played at a decent level during my last stay on the slots (Got 6k points from my play), plus we spent over $2k on rooms and food/clubs/etc over just a couple days, and no help at all. A host quoted me the online rate thinking I was stupid and hadn't done my research.

Now, staying at ARIA Resort & Casino comped through MyVegas and as the marketers know, most gambling happens in your home casino.

Good call - going to Aria vs Cosmo.

Cosmo and comps do not go together.

Damn, I'm sad I missed that deal too.

Oh well, maybe it wasn't enough play to pique their interest? You need 20k points to go to the next level on their card. It's still a high in demand place...

Yea was a good deal, I got it like the last couple hours it was offered according to the FB post and failed to post it on here because by the time anyone saw it, it would be dead.

True, we have a couple nights comped at MGM too through MLife but hopefully if we don't use them and keep playing something better will pop up for the summer.

Bottom line, it was my fault but no matter how high demand, you would think they would have some sort of customer retention. I just wanted a balcony but will settle with the comfort of a 5 star bed!
