Been to Fremont street every visit to Vegas. Mainly just up and down the street enjoying the weird stuff going on. This visit we'll be staying at the Plaza and wondered what inside stuff in the various casinos would be worth stopping and seeing. Any shows, attractions to check? I read about a free Elvis show at one of the casinos, that kind of thing.

Sounds like you're describing Big Elvis, but he isn't downtown. Big Elvis is currently appearing at Harrah's Piano Bar on weekday afternoons, Monday Tuesday Thursday & Friday three shows an afternoon. It's free.

Big Elvis normally appeared at Barbary Coast (later Bills), but it's going through a major renovation. I don't know if he'll stay at Harrah's or not.

Thanks for this info...we fly out tomorrow and will look forward to catching this show....does anyone know of any similar 'daytime' shows? as we have the evenings mainly sorted but are looking to fill a couple of afternoons. Thanks
