I was using my 2 for 1 paradise buffet at the fremont last week and the lady at the booth said that they are no longer going to have those coupons.

She said they will only be available from las vegas advisor sight and you can only use them once per year.

We will have to see how this works out. I assume its the same for the main street station ones as well.

I just went to the las vegas advisor site.

The mss and fremont coupon are in the members rewards book that you buy.

I emailed the marketing director for FSE this morning stating their site isn't working. We'll see if I get a reply.

    Seems like another short-sighted decision

    Here is the reply:

The coupon program through Fremont Street Experience was ended on Dec. 31. Individual hotel-casinos may do their own couponing promotions, but those will not be through FSE any longer.

Thanks for your efforts Joe. I haven't used FSE coupons since the $10 off Pasta Pirate disappeared and the shrimp cocktail at Golden Gate went downhill, but I'm still sorry to see them go.

Went to the office of the Fremont Street Experience on Jan. 2nd and was told what Joe posted. They no longer do the Fremont Street Experience coupons. I was really bummed, but the customer service gal was very happy to not have to deal with them anymore.:cry::cry:

There must be two similar threads going on this and I posted this in the other one I guess. The brief email reply from the MSS GM on the subject on the MSS buffet coupon:

FSE discontinued the program at the end of October. We have a very liberal comp program for those that enjoy our great buffet. With minimum play someone can get a comp at the buffet. No play no comp as we had many FSE coupon users do.

IMO it sounds like they thought too many only used the buffet coupon and didn't gamble enough, or at all.

The end of coupons may not be a complete loss. While I only eat there on comps and go through the invited guests' line, maybe the general line will now be a lot shorter! No ethnic comments, but you have to wonder if everyone in line, especially those with little kids in tow, had gone there to gamble – ever!
