I might be heading to Vegas again next month.

I'm Mlife Noir, probably staying at B. Earned about 5 million tier credits last cycle.

Have never paid much attention to my emailed offers, figure my host can do better on just about everything if I ask. Have never asked for Freeplay before, so I'm curious if it's worth bothering.

    Thanks all.

what's your last 3 trip losses?

    Hey shifter!

    Slots + craps.

I'd estimate, last three trips, total loss (all three trips combined) on slots of $100k and tables about $60k. That should be about equal to my 12 month total loss because I've been there 3-4 times in the past 12 months.

    $10k FP is reasonable.

Never asked and assumed never received freeplay, with 5 million tier credits?

Unless you are getting hourly hookers or something, you are getting the the raw end of that deal. After all, they can only comp you so much in room, food and drinks.

With that many tier credits, how much have you racked up in Express Comps?

I think almost everyone gets the "raw end" of the deal in Vegas. ;)

But seriously they take very good care of me -- and everyone I bring along, which is sometimes 3 or 4 other people who hardly play at all. I am generally comped a Parlor Suite or Grand Lakeview for me (depending on whether it's a guy's weekend or I have the lady with me) along with B suites or better for my guests, and my food / beverage / nightlife comps generally reach into the high four / low five figures. I'm losing money, sure, but I'm not exactly getting screwed - and I always have a blast.

I think my Express Comps are basically maxed (10k.)

Thanks man. I went back through the last few emailed offers and the most they've offered there is $2500. But I know those are generally BS.

Looks like they are taking good care of you with all the other stuff. Taking care of others with suites/food can add up. I was only thinking of 1-2 people and how much you can spend. Let me keep that coming and maybe they will throw in some freeplay next time. Always nice to have them give you a start.

Despite his play I would be surprised if he got $10K in FP out of the Bellagio in one trip but I hope I'm wrong. It seems to me like they just keep getting tighter and tighter with the FP.

What was your coin in? These properties seem to find this more important when calculating FP.

    You still have ECs?

You've never gotten an allowance/discount on 160k in losses?!

They take care of you (in your eyes) but you are leaving a lot of money on the table. A lot. I hate when this happens. Ask more questions here for some ideas. Your host should give you 15k plus depending on your history. Or maybe it's too late now with all there changes. Pgp. But from now on get every dime win or lose you are due!
    Happy thanksgiving.

I've been offered air but didn't bother (I fly from LA so a pair of FC tickets is usually well under a grand).

If by discount you mean loss rebate, nope. Then again I never have asked and should have.

"Airfare" can be a creative way of giving you up front comps or cash back in addition to a loss rebate. If it's on the table, take it since it is free money.

Then again I never have asked and should have.[/QUOTE]

8k cash for sure on the loss and other monetary stuff. Plus you probably had some theo to burn as well. Like leslie chow said, get creative. Educate yourself just a little. Don't feel bad asking for things weather you need it or not. Hey btls of wine. If you don't drink, give it away. Whatever. Even if your net worth is 100,000,000 the 8k is still your hard earned money. Just ask and you shall receive. They won't "give" you anything. Mostly. Bottom line, all they can do is say no and in your case they will most likely say yes! Enough said. sorry. Just upsetting to me when any money is left on the table. We lose enough already.
    Go get em!

Guys - another related question - are players generally allowed/given a certain amount of Freeplay per trip? Per quarter? Per year?

i.e. If I was just given $2500 Freeplay a few weeks ago, and I'm going back to Vegas for NYE, can I easily get another chunk of FP? Or does a certain amount of time need to pass?

    Thanks!

    Everything is per trip.

Assuming you played at the expected level last trip, you should be fine.

However, just know that they definitely give out fewer perks on big weekends. They completely clamped down on FP/promos for the MayPac weekend and may do the same thing on NYE.

Talk about Christmas: I get to sign up for my first club card everywhere on the 26th! See if any of them come with free play. Hope you're well!
