Just got our latest mailers from 4Q. Buy one night, get one night free. $25 Sun-Thur and $55 Fri & Sat.
We only give them 4-5 hrs play on one day per trip, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Not going, but got a 2 night offer from DTG, good in Aug & Sept.

I hit a royal .25 in May at the DTG and have not seen anything from them. I played there in July also.

That's the same offer I got from the last one. Guess something is better than nothing. Guess I better check my mail.

I hit the progressive double bonus royal at the Four Queens the morning before we left during our last trip to Vegas in May. Won $1203, just enough to have to fill out all the IRS paperwork. It was a five-day trip, during which we played at Main Street Station, the Plaza, Four Queens, the D, and the Downtown Grand.

We play many hours of .25 max bet video poker every day, as well as pai gow and blackjack at low limits. Normally we get offers from all the properties mentioned. I'm beginning to suspect there's a 'winner alert" downtown. I had to take the money and run at the Four Queens because we had a flight to catch. Since coming home we've literally received no offers from any of the properties we played at. It's like the hose just turned off.

From lucky experience, I can tell you that at the Four Queens there is no "winner alert" keeping offers down for winners. I have been luckier there than any place and have a series of significant wins there, yet my offers are as high as they have ever been. I've also noticed no decrease in offers after winning at the Cal.

I would think they (the casinos) would be more apt to offer more enticements once you've won a significant amt. Most Vegas visitors are repeat customers and love to gamble. So the math and odds are in their favor to try to win your next visit with them. Gives them a better than fair chance of winning some of it back.

Thats been my experience too. Because of that I work at giving them play, even when there are other agenda's.

This argument does not work for the 10/7 DB progressive players. There the odds are in our favor and the added in cash back and room comps make it harder for the casino to win over the long run.

I got downgraded from room and $200 freeplay plus Magnolias and Chicago Brewing Co. to room and $80 fp. My April trip I was up about $300 on 12 hours of .25 VP (mostly the bar .25 DDB prog and 10/7 DB prog ) and slot play over 3 nights. That kind of play was getting me the good offers.

Just so that everyone doesn't get too worried over this thread, I will mention that in my case, I received my Four Queens Sept/Oct mailer and it is the highest level offer I have ever received there. My play on my last trip was a bit more than my prior average coin in.

My September/October offer came today and is also the same as always. 3 nights and 80 freeplay. All this is earned on the 10/7DB full pay progressives in the back.

The same thing happened to me. $200 and meals to Aug 31. and the Sept/Oct is $80 and no meals. I am going to be there next week and hope to have a long talk with my host since my play is pretty consistent at $30 K over 3 or 4 days. I suspect the damned bean counters are at work. They probably hired the same ones who ruined Harrahs.

For those that have seen cutbacks in their offers. Has your offer code changed from the prior offer? That would be the 1-2 letters/numbers after SO (Sept Oct) or JA (July Aug) and before the 14 (year).

If your offer code changed, then either the 4Q sees your play as decreased, or if your play hasn't decreased, they raised the bar on your old offer level.

If your offer code hasn't changed, then they just cut back on the offers for that level of play.

Just got a new offer today and they want me to pay $25 per night to enter their $12,000 Wish Upon A Star slot tournament in Sept. Code is SE0914B.

The only other mailers I have are for Sept & Oct. I have a SOP14 & my wife got a SOT14. I never paid attention to the codes prior to this, so nothing to compare it with.

I went from BOGO and ten fp, to BOGO and twenty fp.

After our last stay we decided to try somewhere else next trip. Nothing really bad happened, more my wife not liking the vibe at night.

I find this funny that a casino thinks a $10 upgrade in FP would sway a customer into staying at their property.

It is funny too, because it's been a few trips since we stayed there. And we gave them quite a bit of play this trip, with both of us playing on one card. I thought their offer was going to go up, with more free nights. 0 well my wife wants to try MSS or the Cal.

My Sep 1 to Oct 31 offer code is SOS14 for room and $80 freeplay while July 1 to Aug 31 was JAE14 for room, $200 fp and Magnolia's and Chicago's Brewing. On my April 2014 trip I earned 1776 points which is $4700 through a day while in October 2013 I did 1665 points over the same 3 days of play. .

For the two-monthly offers, P (yours) is just about the lowest level and T (your wife's) is roughly two levels higher than P.
