Girlfriend and I are out to lunch here in Seattle on New Years Day, she comes back from the bathroom flustered and excited.

"What's the matter? Are you okay?" I asked.

"I JUST FOUND $85!" she says.

"I was in the bathroom, saw some of what I thought was my own trash on the floor because it said 'MLife' and figured it had something to do with University of Michigan, and figured I'd be courteous and pick it up."

Turns out it's an MGM TITO for $85!

So weird to find this on the floor of a pho restaurant in Seattle! We're headed to Vegas within 180 days - first stop, MGM Grand!

Yeah - delete that photo of the receipt. It can be copied, printed and used.

Deleted! I'd seen other photos of TITO's so I guess I didn't know...they probably cashed them first though. :faint:

Generally cashed first, I'd think. Same for winning sports tickets...you want to cash them first before posting them.

That's pretty crazy you found one in Seattle. I don't think I have found any TITO outside of an actual casino. As for the expiration dates on TITOs/sports bets, the casinos have the right to enforce it, but if you insist on it being cashed, you can usually get a manual override through a cage supervisor.

If a TITO was cashed first, it wouldn't be in your possession anymore.
