When marketing sends an offer for a F&B credit, it was explained to me, the credit can only be used at property owned restaurants (e.g.. spice market buffet at PH vs. outside owned, say PF Changs at PH)....even though both could get charged to the room card....f&b credit can only be applied to the buffet in this case.

Is this also the case when you are using a casino host? For players who say that they have all their "food covered" are they only eating at just a handful of the property owned restaurants, or can the host cover any of the restaurants so long as its located on the property and charged to the room?
